Make it 0-3. But for me it has less to do with the diameter of the tubing, brazeons or the faithfulness of the paintjob... it is more about budget. If I was gonna build a lugged steel bike with modern parts I'd have to consider that the DeRosa replica frame is $2440 by the current exchange rate... Couldn't I get a reasonably nice made-to-measure KOF for that? Or maybe I could just hang some new parts on a used $400 San Marcos Masi frame and save the remaining $$ for that twin-plate Carlsbad I've been yearning for... if one ever shows up in my size <sigh>

no a modern OS pipe-ed frame with 04 braze-ons and all au courant detailing along with a 50 year old graphics package doesn't blow my skirt up!

speaking as cr listee and trying hard to separate out the graphic designer in me, i am so not-with this concept either.
