Hi all, I have had 3 replies, only one was the answer I expected, which is that the bolts that retain the pullies to the cage plates are a NR type 1 piece bolt. 2 others have replied stating that the bottom pivot bolt has no nut on it or that the cage plate has a nut cast into it, which is quite true, some have a nut cast into it and later versions just have the alloy thread there. Maybe I was not clear enough in my asking, next time I will be more clear. I am thankfull for all the replies I got, and now I know that my '79 is correct with its pully bolts. On another note has anyone ever seen a original '79 with Ti bolts instead of the alloy bolts, I myself have not, they have all had the alloy ones......regards wayne davidson Invers NZ....home of Burt Munro The worlds Fastest Indian.......
