[CR]No-date NR rear derailleur - When was it made?

I have this Nuovo Record rear derailleur:

It's got no "PAT" date on it. I've searched the archives, can't find a reference to NR rear derailleurs w/o dates stamped on them, with 10-tooth pulleys. Can you tell me about when this derailleur was made?

It was missing a pulley when I got it, otherwise it's new and perfect. I've got this bug in my ear telling me I have to have the right-date parts on my project bikes.
