Tom, The flip flop matches the low end Normandy hub as used on the lower end Peugeots. Mine is a 36 hole, has a 78 date stamped on it. It was found at a flea market; haven't seen another since.

btw: The one I have did not come on that Peugeot fixer I have. Didn't want that to cause confusion.
