I've joined the list of unfortunates that had a beloved frame seriously bent by a shipper. My off-date-but-KOF-style SLX-tubed Corsa Extra was shipped last week to a friend to paint, and he called me on Saturday with the bad news. Looks like an elephant sat on the box and bent the seat stays. Not good.

I start my battle for at least my claimed value tomorrow. I'll be looking for a replacement probably - anyone got a 55 or 56 Eddy Merckx made with SLX?
