On the "Paramount" being auctioned, note the holes on the head tube. It is difficult to tell for sure, but it looks like there is one hole centered where the top of the head badge would attach, and two, somewhat offset beneath that. This is the reverse of the example I have for a Follis (french, chrome, Nervex on their higher-end models), and from what little I know, not consistent with Paramount badging.
I am careful to note that I am not an expert, and fwiw, just my observation.
