The venerable Cyclo-Pedia catalog had an illustration of the Regina Oro 5 and 6 speed freewheels:

and it indicates that the two large cogs thread on. Presumably with left hand threads, since they butt up against a flange separating the 2nd cog from the 3rd? Seems like a royal pain, regardless. Is this where a freewheel vise comes in handy? It sure makes me appreciate how easily the SunTour Winner Pro's come apart. :-)
