Tony Oliver does not make frames any longer, as he has been retired from this line of work for some time. I believe that Tony now works as a professional photographer.
Mention must be made of the George Longstaff shop in the U.K. Although George passed away this past year, his shop continues and features custom framebuilding of singles, trikes and tandem trikes.
And I guess mention should be made of the Omega shop. Remember, this is the guy who hijacked the Hetchins name for a while? Anyway, altough the Omega shop seems to currently specialize in custom titanium frames, they did do very nice lugged steel frames. This fellow claims to have learned framebuilding thru Ron Cooper, but I don't know if this is true or not.
Also, not sure if they've been mentioned, but Joe Waugh and Dave Yates continue to build custom steel frames at M. Steel Cycles. I believe this shop is up for a bit of fancy lug work from time to time, provided the pocket book allows.
