Well, actually, no, because there are the UNIVERSAL™ twin band clamps that are in the Universal catalog from the late 50s and stock on the Bianchis in the 50s.
Second choice would be the Campagnolo ones. As I mentioned, it is puzzling why they weren't supplied with the brakes later on. My guess would be that everyone wanted the Campagnolo ones anyway.
