Jay,

I have a new set of Zeus hubs also purchased on e-bay. The card in the bag is # 28500.00. New Racer Metric 30 x 36. My old Cyclo Competition 5-speed freewheel from my first PX10 (1968), fits the rear hub fine. I have other Zeus hubs, metric and English and many Regina freewheels. I would say that a Zeus Metric is "French" threading.

Good Luck,

I purchased a set of Zeus hubs off e-bay a few months ago and when I received them was surprised to discover they were (the box) marked Metric. Any suggestions as to what this means? Is it French? Italian?
England? Any help appreciated, especially after reading that folks have ruined hubs by using the wrong freewheel. Jay Sexton Sebastopol, CA
