If there is enough broom stick left sticking out of the seat tube, I think you could attach it to the clamp on a bike stand and slowly rotate the frame off the broom stick. I have used this method before to liberate stubborn seatposts from seat tubes. Drilling a few holes in the wood first would probably release some metal-to-wood surface tension and assist the process. .
