[CR]jack taylor movie link fixed, caminade and radios stuff

1. the link on the literature page to the jack taylor bbc doc is now fixed. check http://www.blackbirdsf.org/taylor/literature.html - i misspelled the filename in the link :) whoops. download to your hearts content - but remember, its a 250mb file! be prepared to wait a while...

2. new-ish caminade/camiargent page up after some tweaking. http://www.blackbirdsf.org/caminade/ - im looking for any further info anyone can provide on the marque, whether it be components (handlebars, stems, derailleurs... etc?) or bikes. if youve got one, or know someone who does, let me know about it!
