Okay, I figure that since virtually everybody on this list rides vintage
bikes, a lot of us must be "vintage" ourselves.
The new issue of "Bicycling" has an article about bone density loss and
osteoporosis among cyclists. It turns out that the only groups that have
more bone loss are couch potatoes and astronauts!! So, the question is:
Anybody out there have a problem with this? If so, what did you do about it?
I hate the idea that all the work that's gone into keeping my weight and
blood pressure in line came at the expense of my skeleton!
