yes - this is twoo. but it could be argued that masi, (or anyone...), was in the business of making racing bicycles, not lugged racing bicycles, so the haro-ish frame could be representitive of what he might've built. (heck - at the vigorelli, welded AL frames are the norm). but the "haro" just like the ebay frame, was made by a company that owned the name rather than the family business or even its soucal stepchild.
