I don't repair them. I ride inexpensive sewups like the Vittoria Rally and just chuck them when they flat. Never could get a casing resewn straight. If you want the ultimate ride of expensive sewups, I believe there are a couple of places that will repair them if you are as incompetent with needle and thread as I am.
