Correct E-Ritchie, we also walked for 2 hrs on Ave victor hugo - no luck. Please be warned that some emails on bikelist.org list the wrong type of street - paris has "Rue" and "Ave" and "Blvd" Victor Hugo, unfortunately. Singer is on RUE victor huge, unlike some bikelist.org emails. Singer is maybe 1 mi NE of the arc d'triomphe, sorry for the misdirection. The closest Metro is "Anatole France" and from there its a 10 block walk northeast, up from there, up Rue Voltaire and then Rue Brosolette to get to Rue Victor Hugo.
