My favorite is my 1972 Cinelli which was a special, lightweight edition,
made for the Brugelmann bike store in Frankfurt, Germany. More than anything
it's my favorite because of the story behind it: a dear friend of mine
ordered the frame and fork via correspondence, brought it back with him when
he went to see the Olympics (1972), proceeded to make beautifully machined
Ti parts to replace many Campy parts in order to build what he calls a
"Super Super Record", lightweight, equipped bike. The bike is setup for time
trialing with a single chainring. He lovingly took care of it through the
years. I've come to appreciate the beautiful workmanship of Cinelli and that
of my friend who sought to, and did, improve upon the offerings of
Campagnolo. Mark Petry has a photo of it on his site:

Others bikes: 1970 Cinelli which I road from time to time (looking for a Cinelli Giro d'Italia bar in 42cm so I can ride it more often) on the local fast rides; a 73/74 Colnago Super f/f with the most incredible Molteni orange paint.
