NISI SPRINT RIMS 1970s 36/36H NOS - practically perfect pair for tubular tyres (sew-ups) made probably in the 1970s and with no eyelets and the tubular bed is relieved with lightening holes. Can deliver to the Cirque. $35

BROOKS B17 STANDARD SADDLE 1950s with original oval Brooks stamped logo.
This example has been modified at the rear - flattened and trimmed which was
a very common practice at the time. The oval logo is a little worn and there
are a few small scuffs and a larger one near the nose but the saddle is not
stretched and is in very sound riding condition. $55

ZEUS 2000 BOTTOM BRACKET slightly used set with a titanium 110mm axle, ball cages and English threads. The bearing surfaces are excellent. $40
BROOKS CAMPAGNOLO COMPETITION SPECIAL SADDLE - the saddle¹s leather has
extensive surface cracks but there are no serious pulls from the rivets or
structural cracks to the leather - it is a good riding saddle. This saddle
was introduced in 1959 and has special long rails allowing much greater
forward and rearwards adjustment than standard saddles. It was only
available for a few years so is now really rather rare. $85

CINELLI ALLOY FRAME SADDLE 1970s/80s - excellent. There are no cracks to the frame and Buffalo leather covering is in very good condition with no scuffs of any consequence. $45

It looks in detail at the work of 14 framebuilders - Condor, Bob Jackson, Mercian, Harry Quinn, Jack Taylor, Raleigh Special Products, Woodrup, CNC, Gitane, Peugeot, Cinelli, Pogliaghi, Guierciotti and Schwinn. There¹s an extended section on frame fitting. $30
BICYCLE MECHANICS - excellent copy written by Steve Snowling and Ken Evans. Steve Snowling was one of the top international bike mechanics working with the pro teams - this book is full of information on the important parts of setting up a race bike properly including how to really glue a tubular tyre on - two versions , one for the road one for the track. Published 1989 so not much on indexed gears. 160 pages $17
