Pogliaghi track frame No. 13189 (circa 1982-83) for sale in Australia. The frame has a 59cm seat tube and 58cm top tube. The headtube is apparently about 76 degrees and the seat tube about 74 degrees. The seller is selling frame, fork and bottom bracket for $800 Australian, which works out to about $585 US plus shipping. Seller's name is Stephen Martin and his e-mail is degruchy-martins@bigpond.com. He has jpegs. I've seen the photos and it's a beautiful bike.
