Could P stand for Professional? X for? 10 for 10 speed? Schwinn had similar model names, B10E, DX etc. while they came with headbadges in a vast array of names, excelsior, La Salle, etc. The same headbadge names came on most models, so calling your bike an Excelsior doesn't tell what model you really have. chris ioakimedes Fairfax California -----Original Message----- From: classicrendezvous-bounces@bikelist.org [mailto:classicrendezvous-bounces@bikelist.org] On Behalf Of Wolfman231@aol.com Sent: Wednesday, April 28, 2004 7:02 AM To: classicrendezvous@bikelist.org Subject: Re: [CR]Peugeot model names
