Subject: [CR]Mercier Headtuble Decal

I've now rebuild the mid-80's Mercier I bought from list member Phil Scott as Presque-Tout-Mavic. Still lacking Mavic pedals, and hubs. Actually, I have Mavic 700C wheels, but the short reach of the Dia-Compe made aero Mavic brakes has forced me to use 27" wheels. Anyone have 27" Mavic rims or complete wheels for sale? Or still better, some non aero Mavic/Modolo Master brakes which will allow me to use 700C wheels? BTW, did the Mavic SSC gruppo include a seatpost?

As I mentioned when I first bought this bike, it had an unusual head tube decal of a stylized cyclist with arms raised in victory rather than the usual Mercier decal. I also mentioned part of this decal was lost when washing the bike with just soap, water and a soft sponge. Anyone else have a Mercier with this decal? If so, can you send me a photo, so I can have the decal reproduced?
