Subject: [CR]Can anyone ID this GIOS(?) frame

Wondering if anyone can tell anything about this frame from a few detail shots. It's been repainted, I'm trying to figure out if it is a GIOS and/or what year it might be. I can likely get more pics if you'd like to see them.
