...and finally, if you haven't had enough of this yet.. one last clarification: My first good bike was a swiss Mondia Special.

My racing bike was...drum roll... an Argos-of-Bristol criterium frame, 531 all the way, very short wheel-base and top-tube. The handling was a little odd, I always thought the front-end was a bit too squirrely for my taste. had terrible toe-clip overlap too.. But I won some races on it, trained on it a lot, and in general went as fast as I wanted to on it.

After my mondia was stolen, I found a Falcon San Remo and put untold miles on it.

So, I'm not the one with the biases 'round here..
