"Famous" James also made some small motorcycles. I have seen one in the U.S. and I expect that the British National Motorcycle Museum has a few.

James, or _The Famous James_ as the decals state, is an old line bike company out of Birmingham, founded in 1885. The 1935 catalog I have shows they built a complete line of bikes, from lightweight road racers to postal service carrier bikes. I got this bike from fellow list member Karl Edwards, the history beyond that I do not know.
