The bike appears to be a Garlatti. According to infornation from Mr. Andrea Cinelli, Garlatti made the Riviera frames for Cinelli. The early 60s Cinelli catalog that I have indicates that the Riviera was only availble in 57cm. Still a cool little bike, kinda like a Cinelli stepchild.

Garlatti? aren't those the ones made by the Italian prisoners. I thought it
that or Gharidengo or Gamozzi or some other G italian brand. Which of these are
