I got this as well. In the past half year I´ve gotten it twice. I don´t really know what they want, since there is nothing really asked of you. I think the first one I just let slip and nothing happened. The second one I didn`t reply to either (I guess that is the catch), but instead just went into my ebay account to look at my stats. I have no clue why they do this ....
How about entering the ebay-senders address in some porn spam thingie. Wouldn`t that be fun?
