My 1986 catalog shows two models similar to this with Reynolds 501 tubing: The PGN-10 "Galibier" and the PH-501 "Ventoux". These were "club racer" intermediate models with good quality but not top model components.

I've tried to match it with the Peugeot catalogues on the net, but of course, nothing quite fits.

Oh, there's a remarkable (or is it?) bright ORANGE PX-10 on eBay as of today... tiny frame and it's in pieces but when did they make an orange PX-10? Looks c. 1972.
