That would be
T. D. Cross and Sons Ltd. Vesey Works, Shady Lane, Great Barr Birmingham, B44 9EU, England
At the end they made freewheels and headsets. But the company went back to 1880 or something! I have, in the box, a premium freewheel set called a "Silver Wing".
The headsets were fairly good and came as the standard on Witcomb USAs.

> I have 5p and perhaps 6p Free Wheels that are marked "T.D.C." and "Made in
England".
> Can anyone decipher the abbreviation for me? Provide some technical
assessment? Don't recall from where I sourced them; they're just sort of
nested in the parts bin like an oyster bed. Perhpas I should do the Lobster
Quadrille while clicking pairs like castanets.
