Hello Dennis,

I'm quite sure that the Cinelli bambino bar/stem combo is original. I have two sets of these things that will be mounted on our Jack Taylor Triplet. Interesting though... the stem diameter on the pair that I own is an odd 18mm. We also have a bambino 50s Bianchi that has a BIANCHI badged bar/stem combo (thanks N.Bob!) that no doubt is Cinelli made.
