Campagnolo produced a lot of very similar brake levers in the 70s and 80s. My observations are:
Record and Super Record had the Campagnolo name in a "box" stamped vertically down the face of the lever.
Cheaper models either had the name stamped without the enclosing box line around it, or they were stamped with the shield emblem. I have not seen any "drilled" other than Super Record, but that is not to say that they do ot exist. If they were really drilled rather than pierced, it would have been done after the levers were manufactured.
Later (post-Super Record) levers have the shield emblem on the face of the lever.
I repeat that these are only my observations and there could very well be exceptions that I have not seen. If anyone has better information, I shall not be offended.
