Uh...That people who ride 60 cm frames are cheap? Good jest wise-crack aside, I have an inquiry. Are there "typical" characteristics to quality Japanese built frames ? vis-a-vis: Brit built, French built, Italian built, etc..? Any "exprerts" on Japanses built bikes care to comment? well no one seems interested in the 60cms hulking HOLK, because with about 16 hours to go, there's not a single bid to raise the kick off the auction at $20 !!!!.

Is there a story to be told here?
