Subject: [CR]removing hub grease/dust caps revisited

While re packing a set of hubs today, I thought I would try Richard Cielac's idea of using an expandable bottle stopper for removing the grease caps. Boy, it works great! After I removed the guts of the hub I inserted the stopper, closed the cam lever to expand the rubber stopper, and used the axle from the other side of the hub to push the stopper out. Easy as soup! er... piece of soup....dang, how does that go? Whatever, it worked great. Give it a try.
