Subject: [CR]1949 Claud Butler bi-lam

I have a Claud Butler frameset, dated 1949, which appears to be a bi-laminate, but with half lugs. Only the half of each lug which is on the main triangle is present. Does anyone know what model this is please? Email me if you would like a full set of pics.
