As Dale already said, this is a Basso made Pogliaghi. While the Rossin made ones were just relabeled mid class bikes without any connection to the real ones, Basso at least tried to build replicas with some Pogliaghi characteristics. The decals are similar to the old ones but more important is the flat fork crown and round fork blades, very different to the normal Bassos or any other bikes of the late 80s. I see them in the same league as Merckx Molteni replicas and Bob Jackson made Hetchins'.
