I believe years ago there was a converter block so that one could use a clamp on front Super Record derailleur on a bike with a brazed mounting fixture. I might be wrong about this, but I am sure I have heard them mentioned.
Does any know if they might still be available, where they might be purchased or, as a reward for my six decades of saintly living, have one that they might sell me?
I am looking at a Super Record group that is very nice, but it has the wrong (but NOS) front derailleur for me. I think I can buy it without the front derailleur, perhaps someone has a nice braze on one they might offer? C'mon folks! Help put another Masi on the road!
