Hi Folks:
Correction on the date in my previous post, it should be Sunday, June 13th.
Greetings Listers and Visitors:
Its time for another Silicon Valley Ride. This Sunday, June 12th at 9:30am, meet in the Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center parking lot on the east end of the Dumbarton Bridge in Fremont. Off Hwy 84, south on Thornton Avenue and turn right on Marshlands Road.
The Ride would be our usual route over the bridge heading west with lunch/snack at the Plantation Café and then return. Easy pace on almost totally flat roads, in other words, suitable for fixed-gears. Phil Brown and Bruce Shrader have been rearing to take their fixies out and Marc St. Martin promised to debut his fixed-gear, three-wheeled racing bike. Maybe Jan will once again lead in her fixed-gear PJ and Bob Freitas will bring his Cambio Corsa bike?? Emphasis is on the bikes and enjoying each others company. Everyone is welcome and if you have an on topic bike, we would appreciate seeing it, otherwise ride what ever you like.
Jim McCoin, take a break from work and come ride with us!
Respectfully,
Felix Chiu
