Subject: [CR]Limits for Campagnolo Victory / Triomphe

Warmest Greetings

I have recently aquired a Bottecchia that has a mix of Super Record, Athena, and so on. The rear deraileur and crank is Triomphe. It came with the rear cogs as 13 x24 and the chainwheels are 42 x 53. If I were to get a 36 ring would the rear deraileur be able to handle it??

I noticed in the Campagnolo Catalog (thanks Bob) that there is a long cage version. If the short cage won't work does anyone have one to trade or the plates for it?

As is this is my first Italian Bike I was very pleased with the ride. It felt very fast and well . . . Italian?
