Charles Pelissier at speed, 1935 TdF. My barber was born in France in 1921, and lived there until 1947, when he moved to Ohio. Before the war, C.Pelissier was his favorite cyclist.
This is for Roy, who is 83 years old and still cuts my hair during the winter. And doesn't cut anything else. Honest.
