Have been speaking to my Dad about Condor frames. He reckons the Condor name was being used in 1953. My Dad is now 82 but his memory is still pretty good on facts like this. He said that Condors use to hold an annual frame show at their Balls Pond Road shop every November, and that he can remember taking me there as a child in 1958 and then on to Gamages to see their model railways. Thinks this was their fifth annual show but if any list member especially the British contingent would look in the November editions of the comic (Cycling) there is sure to be something about this show as it was well advertised and promoted.
