Here in the US, an "angle finder" like Wayne refers to is sold by Sears in their Craftsman line of tools and they call it an "inclinometer." I have one and have used it successfully to measure frame angles; it's reasonably accurate to one degree. I don't recall what I paid, but it's not expensive.
