To what our young German incorrectly answered:

These hubs were made by FB and were made from the 1930's up until the 1960's. The axles, cones, locknuts and skewers were supplied by Campagnolo. The best way of dating them is to check out the axle lock-nuts or the cones. If you do not have a Bianchi, you might want to offer them up for trade to somebody who does. I personally would be more than happy to trade a set of Campagnolo hubs (either small flange or NOS large flange) for the Bianchi ones. The 32/40 drilling became very popular because it was said that Coppi used it on his Bianchi bikes.
