If I am not mistaken, the original trademark registrant was Eric Clapton for the phrase "Clapton is God®", which then began a campaign by his record label to register all related forms, "U R A God®", "We R A God®," "My Stratocaster is God®", "Me and my Cinelli are God®", etc. Honestly, given what I've seen happenning in the music industry of late, if I was e-RICHIE I'd tread very lightly.
