Doug, Try velostuf-www.velstuf.com or Pacific Coast Bicycles in Carlsbad, CA or The Bike Stand in Scotch Plains, NJ or just put out an blurb of what you are looking for. A listmember may have just what you need.

I've about given up hope that Bicycle Classics (.com) is going to come back to life in any usable form. I liked the original proprietors. Current web site under new management has been a dud for six months now. So where on the web does one find parts from the 70's-80's without resorting to eBay? I'm new to the list, but I'm certain some of you have favorite spots.
