FWIW, my 2 early 70's Cinellli bikes are both over 76 degrees in the head and 74 in the seat ( my angle-dangle doesn't measure all that precisely). Ditto my early 80's Pogliaghi (post-Sante era).

Of course it may help to know that they are all over 68.5 cm c-c.

BTW: -A guy came into my bike shop in the mid-70's and asked about top Italian road bikes. He asked if I carried Cinell-Oh's. I replied: " you mean....Cinel-LI's.... don't you?" He shot back:

"If I wanted TWO of them, I'd tell you".
