Lots of us are. I wore my Sidi Titaniums yesterday and they're about 30 years old. So are my Rivats. Take care of your cycling shoes and they'll last a very long time. That said there are still NOS traditional shoes available. Barron has some as do some of the other online dealers. Cyclart had some a while ago. And Carnac makes three different traditionally styled shoes, the Carlit with solid leather uppers and normal sole, the Forclaz with perforations and normal sole, and the Tignis with a plastic sole for modern cleats. No US dealer that I know of but St. John Street Cycles has them-I see the ads in Cycling+-and they seem to have no problen shipping them over here.
