Don't buy it, the back tire is flat :).
Imported from Italy, built by Billato, painted by Masi in San Marcos.
Mid 80's to mid 90's vintage, probably Reynolds 653.
If you can get the serial number from the seller, I may be able to tell you when it was painted.
