If you're referring to heymon80, I'm dealing with this tool right now... I bought a set of Campy NR calipers from him that were described as complete and accompanied by a set of new pads. They arrived the other day (five weeks after the auction closed) missing a cable adjuster (PS: anybody got one they can sell me?) and one set of well-used pads. The guy says he'll make good but I'm not holding my breath. He seems honest enough, but incredibly SLOW (3-5 days between emails) and devoid of Ebay ettiquette... his feedback seems to reinforce this.
