seems to me that the only way to even the playing field is for UCI to come up with an "approved regimen" of performance-enhancing drugs, and force racers to report daily and weekly for scheduled injections. Any attempt by their personal physicians to muck with the mix would then cause an overdose or worse.

Also, I think we need to start thinking about jailtime for physicians who prescribe performance enhancing drugs. how is this different than drug pushing?
