Yes. They were in Rockville, MD near DC, built custom bikes. I visited their store years ago, when open but had even less knowledge than now. I recall that they were considered to be very nice. I think they came up in the distant past-You might try archives. Other listmembers here in MD will doubtless recall them. I think some of their frames had short point lugs.
