Not a dumb question at all. Medicis, as far as I know, were all built in California, most recently in Corona. The factory closed years ago, but Gian Simonetti, one of the principals, carries on.

Probably a dumb question, but is a Medici Pro Strada an American bike? =
Chuck was quoting from a list of awards at last year's Lars Anderson =
shoe. "Best American Award went to the Medici Pro Strada". Doesn't =
sound like a Yankee Doodle Dandy to me, but I am often wrong in such =
matters. Were they made here as some Masis were?
